Cause
When performing automatic intensity adjustment copy with smartphone or tablet, original is loaded in ADF (Auto Document Feeder). ADF does not support automatic intensity adjustment.
What to Do
Select an option besides automatic intensity adjustment in copy intensity setup or move the original to the platen glass, and then try again.
