Cause
Printable disc (Blu-ray disc, DVD, or CD) is not set.
What to Do
When printing on printable discs, use the disc tray ("M" is on the upper side) in the disc tray storage compartment on the bottom of the paper output tray. Place a printable disc on the disc tray, attach the disc tray to the printer, and then select OK on the touch screen.
