Changing Background

In the My Art view, you can change the background of your items by page.

Important
  • This function is not available when PREMIUM Contents are used.

  • This function may not be available depending on the type and theme of your item.

Note
  • See "My Art View" for how to switch to the My Art view.

  • Disc label editing is used as an example in the following descriptions. The screen(s) may vary depending on what you create.

  1. In the Page Thumbnails area, select the page of which you want to change the background.

    • If the Page Thumbnails area is not displayed, click the bar above the operation buttons.

  2. Click Background.

    The Select Background dialog appears.

  3. Select a background.

    Select the type of background you want to use in the Select Background dialog.

    When No background is selected

    The background will be blank (white).

    When a sample image is selected

    The selected image is set as the background.

    When Single color is selected

    The Colors dialog appears. Select the color you want to set.

    When Photo is selected

    You can insert a photo of your choice into the background.

    Note
    • Single color and Photo do not appear depending on the item type and selected theme.

  4. Click OK.

    The selected background is set for the selected page.

    When Photo is selected, you can insert an image into the background by dragging and dropping it from the Materials area. You can also scan an item such as a photo and insert it into the background. Control-click the background of the page in the Edit area, then select Use Scanned Image from the displayed menu.

    When you insert a background, the background editing toolbar with which you can adjust the position, transparency, and size of the background image appears at the bottom right of the image.

    (Adjust Position)

    You can switch the cursor between (Move) and the standard one. Switch to (Move) and drag the image to change its position. Switch to the standard cursor to lock the image position.

    (Adjust Transparency)

    You can freely adjust the transparency of the image by dragging the slider. You can also change the transparency by clicking (Transparency: 0%) or (Transparency: 100%).

    (Reduce/Enlarge)

    Click (Reduce) or (Enlarge) to reduce or enlarge the display size of the background image. You can also freely change the display size by dragging the slider.

    Note
    • Depending on the display size of preview, the background editing toolbar may be hidden behind the Page Thumbnails area and cannot be operated. In that case, click the bar at the top of the Page Thumbnails area to hide it.
