Scanner Buttons Do Not Work

1. Check 1 Reinstall the required applications from the web page.

2. Check 2 To use the COPY button, install the printer driver for your printer.

3. Check 3 To use the COPY button, check that your printer operates properly.

4. Check 4 To use the SEND button, install a compatible application or e-mail client.

5. Check 5 Did you restart the computer after installing applications (such as IJ Scan Utility)?

   To scan using the scanner buttons, restart the computer after installing applications.
