Resident Service Settings

Configure the Resident Service Settings.

The resident service must be started to acquire job logs regularly.

Starting the resident service enables the resident service to start automatically when the user logs in.

Note

• The resident service must be configured for each logged in user.

  To acquire job logs regularly, remain logged in with the user name that started the service.
