Cause

Feed slot cover is open or rear tray paper settings are incomplete.

What to Do

If the feed slot cover is open, close it and press the printer's OK button.

If the screen similar to the following is displayed, the rear tray paper settings are incomplete.

Press the printer's OK button to finish setting the rear tray paper settings.
