Cause

Failed to save the custom template because another custom template has already been saved to the specified destination.

What to Do

Press the printer's OK button to cancel the error.

Use one of the following methods to save the custom template again.

• Specify an empty slot to save the custom template.
• Save Your Frequently Used Custom Templates to Your Printer
• Delete a custom template that you no longer require using the operation panel, and then save the new custom template to the vacant slot.
• Printing Template Saved in Printer
