Cause

Paper output tray is not pulled out fully.

What to Do

1. Make sure there are no objects impeding paper output tray motion around printer.

2. Pull paper output tray out to the front side until it stops.

   

3. Select OK on touch screen to resolve error.

4. Perform printing or copying again.

Important

• Do not retract the paper output tray while the printer is in operation.
• This error may occur if the paper output tray is not pulled out fully after you removed jammed paper.
