Position or Size of the Image Cannot be Detected Correctly When Scanning from the Operation Panel

1. Check 1 Make sure that the items are placed correctly.

   • Positioning Originals (Scanning from Computer)

2. Check 2 Check that the settings match the item to be scanned.

   If you cannot scan properly by automatically detecting the item type, specify the item type and size.

   When Scanning from the Operation Panel:

   For the setting items when scanning from the operation panel, click Home to return to the top page of the Online Manual for your model and search for "Setting Items for Scanning Using Operation Panel."

   When Scanning with IJ Scan Utility Lite:

   • Scanning Documents and Photos
   • Scanning with Favorite Settings
