Settings Dialog
The Settings dialog has the following three tabs.
(Scanning from a Computer) tab
(Scanner Button Actions) tab
(General Settings) tab
When you click a tab, the options available in the red frame switch; set the details of each function on each tab as needed.
(Scanning from a Computer) Tab
Specify how to respond when scanning from IJ Scan Utility Lite.

Specify how to respond when scanning from the printer's operation panel.

Personal scanner:
Set the default actions when scanning using a personal scanner's scanner buttons.
(General Settings) Tab
In the Settings (General Settings) dialog, you can select the model to use, make settings or add models for scanning from the printer's operation panel or personal scanner's scanner buttons, and more.
