Wireless Connection

Before Starting Wireless Connection Setup

1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.

   If the power is on, the POWER lamp (A) will be lit.

If the printer is performing cleaning, print head alignment, or other processes

Wait for the process to finish, before starting setup.

2. Press the HOME button (B) on the printer.

   If an error screen is displayed, press the OK button, then press the HOME button.

   

3. Use the buttons (C) to select LAN settings.

   

4. Press the OK button.

5. Select Wireless LAN setup and press the OK button.

   
   
   

Select a connection method below.

• Cableless setup

  Set wireless router information to the printer directly from a device (such as a smartphone), without operating the wireless router

Cableless setup may take some time. Internet connection may become temporarily unavailable during setup.

Cableless setup is not available on Chrome OS or Windows RT.

• Other setup

  Connect using other method
